The HSMF-C144 from Broadcom is a Right Angle Bicolor ChipLED that operates at wavelengths of 570 nm (yellow-green) and 632 nm (red). It has a luminous intensity of 33 mcd (yellow green) & 79 mcd (red) and viewing angle of 120°. This LED has a forward voltage of 1.6 V - 2.4 V and forward current of up to 30 mA. It uses Aluminum Indium Gallium Phosphide (AllnGaP) chip technology to deliver high light output performance and has efficient color mixing. This LED dissipates below 72 mW of power and has a maximum reverse voltage of 5 V. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 3 mm x 2 mm x 1 mm and is compatible with industry-standard automatic machine placement & reflow soldering. This LED is ideal for backlighting, status indicator, front panel indicator, office automation, home appliances, and industrial equipment applications.
