The OIL4 from Optoi is a GaAlAs Infrared LED that operates at a wavelength of 880 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 5 mW and has a spectral bandwidth of 60 nm. This LED has a forward voltage of 1.45 V and maximum reverse current of 10 μA. It has a special glass lens that allows parallel light beam with half-width beam angle of ± 5 deg. This LED is RoHS Compliant and compatible with OIL10S04. It is available in a TO-18 Metal-Glass case that measures 18.9 mm x 4.65 mm x 2.54 mm and is ideal for IR emitter for encoder and optical measurement applications.
