The LDT 362 from OSI Laser Diode, Inc. is an Edge-Emitting LED that operates at a center wavelength of 1300 nm. It has a spectral width of 80 nm and minimum output power of 40 µW & 80 µW (into a 50-micron core, multimode fiber at 150 mA). This multimode fiber LED has a spectrum vs. temperature coefficient of 0.75 nm/°C and spectral width vs. temperature coefficient of 0.3 nm/°C. It has an optical rise/fall time of 4 ns and a maximum forward current of 150 mA. This LED has an optional thermoelectric cooler and supports FC & ST connectors. It is available in a 50/125 pigtail Long Horn (LH) 14-pin dual in-line (DIL) package and is ideal for data transmission systems, fiber optic modems & TFOCA systems applications.
