The SFH 4726S from OSRAM is an Infrared LED that operates at 940 nm. It has a radiant intensity of 215 mW/sr at 1A DC and a total radiant flux of 990 mW. The LED has a viewing angle of 150 degrees and a low thermal resistance of up to 11 K/W. It is suitable for infrared illumination for cameras, surveillance systems and gesture recognition systems. The product qualification test plan is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, Stress Test Qualification for Automotive Grade Discrete Semiconductors.
