The Ku Band Optical Delay Lines from RFOptic are Optical Delay Lines that operates from 0.1 to 18 GHz. They can be configured to form up to 4,096 delays and has a delay range of 0.001 to 500 μs with a delay accuracy of 0.5%. These optical delay lines can handle a maximum input power of 20 dBm and have a VSWR of 2.1:1 with a switching time of 10 ms. They have a phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz and spurious levels of -80 dBm. These optical delay lines provide a true-time delay of wideband RF signals using low-loss optical fiber. They can be controlled via a USB interface.
The Ku Band Optical Delay Lines support single delay ODL, multi delay ODL, progressive variable ODL delay combinations, bidirectional ODL, multipath ODL, and mini ODL configurations. They require an AC supply of 110/220 V and are available in a 19-inch rack-mounted package that measures 440 x 500 x 133 mm. These optical delay lines are ideal for radar calibration testing, signal and phase noise processing, extension of radar range site, clutter canceler, EW systems, and altimeter applications.
