The LT3111 Series from Laser Components are Single-Channel Voltage-Mode Pyroelectric Detectors that operate from UV to LWIR wavelengths. They have metal-black absorbers that can absorb any radiation incident on them. These detectors are based on DLaTGS or a thin LTO material that operates in voltage mode with an integrated JFET. They have an aperture size of 5.3 mm in diameter and are available in a 4-Pin TO-39 package. These photodetectors are ideal for FTIR, non-dispersive infrared spectroscopies, and THz detection applications.
