The Levante Emerald 6 ps from APE Angewandte Physik & Elektronik GmbH is a Tunable NIR Optical Parametric Oscillator (OPO) that has a tuning range of 720 nm - 990 nm (automated) and 690 nm - 990 nm & 1150 nm - 2300 nm (manual). It delivers output powers of 0.6 W & 0.9 W and has a pulse width of 5 ps - 6 ps. This fully automated OPO has a spectral bandwidth (signal) of 0.3 nm - 0.4 nm and linewidth of 1400 cm-1 - 10000 cm-1 (signal-idler) & 700 cm-1 - 5000 cm-1 (signal-laser fundamental).
The Levante Emerald 6 ps has a time bandwidth product of 0.6, beam quality factor (M2) of 1.1, and repetition rate of 80 MHz. This linearly or horizontally polarised OPO requires a pump laser that operates at a wavelength of 532 nm, delivers an output power of 4 W, and has a pulse width of 6 ps. It has a sweep function for fast tuning and built-in diagnostic for wavelength & power tuning feedback.
The Levante Emerald 6 ps has an optional pump laser APE emerald engine, harmonic generation SHG, THG & FHG, difference Frequency Generation (DFG), and EOM. It can be controlled via TCP/IP interfaces and is available in a robust mechanical design that measures 1169 (L) mm x 204 (H) mm x 402 (W) mm. This OPO is ideal for Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) and Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering (CARS) applications.
