The JEA1B from ifw optronics is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Photodetector that has a spectral range of 265 nm - 322 nm. It has a peak response wavelength of 300 nm and an active area of 1 mm x 1 mm. This photodetector has a field of view of ± 45 Grad and peak response of 0.12 A/W. It has a dark current of 10 fA (at 1 V) and junction capacity of 30 pF (at 10 kHz). This photodetector has UVC, UVB & UVBC range filter options and is RoHS, REACH & WEEE compliant. It is available in a hermetically sealed TO-package that measures 6.8 (H) mm x Ø 9.1 mm and is ideal for optical measurement in UV-range with limited spectral range, control of sterilization lamps, flame control, & sunlight measurement applications.
