The PIN2000Q-17-D from Chunghwa Leading Photonics Tech (CLPT) is an InGaAs Quadrant PIN Photodiode that has a spectral range of 0.9 µm - 1.7 µm. It has a 3dB bandwidth of 35 MHz and an aperture size of Ø 1860 µm. This photodiode has a responsivity of 0.2 A/W (at 0.85 µm), 0.9 A/W (at 1.3 µm), and 1 A/W (at 1.55 µm). It has a maximum forward and reverse current of 2 mA. This photodiode has a shunt resistance of 150 MOhms and capacitance of 160 pF (at 1 MHz, 0 V) & 80 pF (at 1 MHz, -5 V).
