The GUVC-T10GD from Electro Optical Components is an Aluminium Gallium Nitride (AlGaN) UV-C Photodiode that has a spectral range of 210 nm - 280 nm. It has an active area of 0.076 mm2 and a responsivity of 0.06 A/W (at 254 nm). This Schottky-type photodiode operates in photovoltaic mode and has a maximum dark current of 1 nA. It has a photocurrent of 34 nA and forward current of 1 mA (max). This photodiode has a Quartz window with a chip size of 0.4 mm x 0.4 mm and provides a viewing angle of 60 degrees. It is available in a TO-46 package and is ideal for pure UV-C monitoring and sterilization lamp monitoring applications.
