The C30619GH-LC from Excelitas Technologies is an InGaAs PIN Photodiode that operates at a spectral range of 800 to 1700 nm. It has a peak responsivity of 1.05 A/W at 1550 nm and a rise time of 0.5 ns with a bandwidth of 700 MHz.
