The EXACTD-332 from Excelitas Technologies is a Photodiode module that has a spectral range of 500-1650 nm. It can detect and provide precise angle-of-arrival (AoA) information from direct and indirect scattered light from laser range finders, target designators, and active laser Electro-Optic (E.O.) systems. This photodiode uses 5-element Si and InGaAs detector arrays assembled in a sandwich configuration in conjunction with a 3-bit digital Gray code mask to convert the incident laser beam AoA into a 3-bit digital pattern. It has a responsivity of 0.2-0.7 A/W and a dynamic range of 60 dB. This photodiode has a rise time of 5 ns and a junction area of 0.75 mm2 with a field of view of ±45°. It has a capacitance of 13.5 pF and a breakdown voltage of  25 V. 

The EXACTD-332 is available in a TO-8 can package and is ideal for laser warning receiver systems, position determining systems and direction aids applications.
