The GUVC-T10GD from GenUV is a Schottky-type Photodiode that operates from 220 to 280 nm. It provides optical output power from 0.01-100 mW/cm square and has a responsivity of 0.06 A/W. The photodiode has a reverse voltage of 3 V and a forward current of 1 mA. It is fabricated using aluminum gallium nitride-based material and has good solar blindness. This photodiode is available in a TO 46 package that measures 0.4 mm and is ideal for pure UV-C monitoring, and sterilization lamp monitoring applications.
