The IA35 series from Laser Components are heterostructure photodiodes matched to InAs substrate with a nominal wavelength cut-off at 3.5 µm. IA35 detectors are photovoltaic, and the active area has a diameter of 500 µm. These photodiodes have a peak responsivity of 1.05 A/W and are ideal for gas analysis, diode laser monitoring and non-contact temperature measurement applications.
