The IG26-Series from Laser Components are panchromatic PIN photodiodes with a nominal wave-length cut-off at 2.6 µm. This series has been designed for demanding spectroscopic and radiometric applications. The photodiodes offer excellent shunt resistance in combination with superior responsivity of 1.45 A/W over a wide range. They are ideal for spectrophotometer, diode laser monitoring, and flame control applications.
