The SAH1L08-Series from Laser Components are linear Silicon APD arrays optimized for 850 nm wavelength. These 8-element arrays are available in a LCC44 package with protective window. They have low temperature coefficient and a gap of only 40 µm between elements. These APD arrays are used in Time-of-Flight (TOF) sensors for distance measurement, for example in automotive safety sensing applications.
