These photodiodes are offered with Single-Mode (SM) and Polarization Maintaining (PM) optical fibers. They can operate up to 10 GHz frequency in the spectral range 1000-1650 nm and the input optical power can be up to 10 mW. The photodiodes can be assembled with an optical fiber using Small Back-Reflection (RXX) technology.
