These photodiodes are offered with Single-Mode (SM) and Polarization Maintaining (PM) optical fibers. They can operate up to 4 GHz frequency in the spectral range 500-1700 nm and the input optical power can be up to 40 mW. The photodiodes have extremely small dark current. They can be assembled with an optical fiber using Small Back-Reflection (RXX) technology.
