The MTSM1346SMF2-100 from Marktech Optoelectronics is an InGaAs PIN Photodiode that operates from 600 to 1750 nm. It has a responsivity of 0.7 A/W and a quantum efficiency of 55%. This photodiode produces a light current of 180 μA and a dark current of 2 μA. It has a junction capacitance of 60 pF and a breakdown voltage of 3 V. This photodiode offers a maximum response speed of up to 2 Gbps. It is available in a seam-welded SMD flat lens package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for high-speed optical communications, industrial controls, optical switches, LIDAR, and medical applications.

The MTSM1346SMF2-100 is Marktech's first device to utilize the company's newly designed SMD package. The "Atlas" is a hermetically sealed seam welded ceramic package that offers higher reliability than current standard thru-hole types.
