The OID7 from Optoi is a Silicon Photodiode Array Chip that has a spectral range of 600 nm - 1050 nm. It has a responsivity of 0.65 A/W and peak wavelength of 950 nm. This photodiode array consists of 6 photodiodes arranged in a single package with an active area of 2.75 mm2 and a rise/fall time of 40 ns. It has a dark current of 0.35 nA (at 25 °C) & 5 µA (at 125 °C) and capacitance of 20 pF (at 10 kHz). This photodiode array is fully compatible with other standard parts on the market like OPR2100, OL2100 & PA2100. It has a forward voltage of 0.85 V, forward current of 10 mA and quantum efficiency above 90 %. This photodiode array is available in a Chip-on-Board (COB) package and is ideal for incremental rotative encoders, incremental linear encoders, and general-purpose applications.
