The VEMD6160X01 from Vishay Intertechnology is a Silicon PIN Photodiode that operates at a wavelength of 840 nm. It has a spectral range of 700 nm - 1070 nm and radiant sensitive area of 0.85 mm2. This photodiode has a rise time of 60 ns and fall time of 50 ns at 830 nm. It has a forward voltage of 0.85 V and minimum breakdown voltage of 20 V.
