The QS2-IF | 201680 from Gentec-EO is a Hybrid Pyroelectric Detector that has a spectral range of 0.1 μm - 1000 μm. It delivers a continuous wave maximum average power of 50 mW and has a thermal frequency of 1.6 Hz. This pyroelectric detector has a current responsivity of 0.5 μA/W and voltage responsivity of 50 V/W. It has an aperture diameter of 2 mm and a feedback resistor of 100 MOhms.
