The LIE-216 from InfraTec GmbH Infrarotsensorik und Messtechnik is a Single Channel Pyroelectric Detector that has a minimum field of view of 40^o (CaF₂ or BaF₂ 0.4 mm thick) or 45^o (silicon substrate 0.5 mm thick). It has a detectivity of 3 x 10⁸ cm·sqrt(Hz)/W and an rms noise density of 220 nV/sqrt(Hz). This pyroelectric detector operates in voltage mode and has a thermal time constant of 150 ms & electrical time constant of 4 s. It has rectangular filters that measure 2.7 mm x 2.7 mm and circular filters with a diameter of 3.3 mm.
