The LME-302 from InfraTec GmbH Infrarotsensorik und Messtechnik is a Single Channel Pyroelectric Detector that has a minimum field of view of 80o (CaF2 or BaF2 0.4 mm thick) or 90o (silicon substrate 0.5 mm thick). It has a detectivity of 6 x 108 cm·sqrt(Hz)/W and an rms noise density of 150 nV/sqrt(Hz). This pyroelectric detector operates in voltage mode and has a thermal time constant of 150 ms. It has rectangular filters that measure 5.25 mm x 5.25 mm and circular filters with a diameter of 6.5 mm. This pyroelectric detector has an element size of 2 mm x 2 mm and a voltage responsivity of 340 V/W. It has an offset voltage of 0.4 V - 1.5 V and a drain-source voltage of 18 V. This pyroelectric detector is available in a TO39 housing with an aperture size of ø 5 mm and is ideal for gas analysis, flame detection, and radiometry applications.
