The C15550-20UP from Hamamatsu Photonics is a Scientific & Industrial Camera that is designed for quantitative imaging. It has a qCMOS image sensor that has a resolution of 4096 x 2304 pixels and delivers a frame rate of up to 120 fps. This camera has a full well capacity of 7000 e- and a readout noise of 0.27-0.43 e- rms with up to 90% quantum efficiency. It has a dynamic range of 25 900: 1 and an exposure time of 7.2 μs to 1800 s. It can be controlled via USB 3.1 and CoaXPress (Quad CXP-6) interfaces and produces 8/12/16 bit digital output.

The C15550-20UP has an ultra quiet scan mode to reduce readout noise and achieve stability over temperature and time, individual calibration & real-time correction of each pixel value. It has a sensor with a back-illuminated structure for achieving high quantum efficiency and trench structure in one-by-one pixel for reducing crosstalk. This camera can acquire both PC level images & photon number resolving images with 9.4 megapixels and achieves a rate of up to 47 megapixels/s while performing photon resolving imaging.

The C15550-20UP requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes 155 W of power. This camera is available in a C-mount package that measures 110 x 118 x 141.5 mm with SMA connectors. It is ideal for quantum technology, astronomy and Raman spectroscopy applications.
