The SOPHIA-XO: 2048B camera from Princeton Instruments is a fully integrated, ultra-low noise 2048 x 2048, 15 µm pixel CCD camera that utilizes back-illuminated CCDs without AR coating, for direct detection of the widest range of X-rays between ~ 10 eV and 30 keV (AR coated devices are not useful for X-ray energies below 500eV). Using the ArcTec thermoelectric cooling technology, the camera offers cooling down to -90°C just with air assist, liquid assist or air+liquid assist for complete worry-free operation. The rotatable conflat flange with high-vacuum-seal design, software selectable gains, and readout speeds make these cameras well suited for ultra-high vacuum applications. The camera measures 9.91 x 5.08 x 5.62 inches and is ideal for X-ray Imaging, X-ray Microscopy, X-ray Plasma Diagnostics and EUV Lithography.
