The Bobcat 320 TE0 and WL Series from Xenics are SWIR Cameras that have InGaAs photodiode array detectors with CTIA ROIC. They have a resolution of 320 x 256 and a Snapshot-global shutter that delivers a frame rate of 400 fps (full frame) to 10000 fps (minimum frame of 4 x 1 pixels). These cameras operate in single gain mode and ITR readout mode. They have a 14-bit ADC and a spectral range of 900-1700 nm. These cameras have a full well capacity of 70 ke-, read noise of 110 e- and dark current less than 2E6 e-/s with a quantum efficiency of 80%. They require a DC supply of 12 V and consume 4 W of power. These cameras can be controlled via the GigE Vision (RJ-45) interface and have C-mount/M42 optical interface.
The Bobcat 320 TE0 and WL Series have uncooled sensor temperature stabilization and the Bobcat 320 WL comes with a windowless uncooled detector specifically for laser beam analysis and laser wavefront sensing applications. These cameras are available in an IP40-rated package that measures 55 x 55 x 74 mm with Hirose HR10-7R-SA[73] and SMA connectors. They are ideal for machine vision, process monitoring and scientific & advanced research applications.
