The SMFD series from AGILTRON are IR spectrometers that operate at a wavelength of 1900 nm - 2400 nm. They have a spectral resolution of 0.4 nm with a wavelength accuracy of 0.05 – 0.1 nm and wavelength repeatability of ± 20 pm. These spectrometers have a power accuracy of ± 0.05 dB and a polarization dependent loss of 0.15 dB. They can be controlled via a USB or RS232 interface and have a user-friendly GUI. These spectrometers have photon integration options for low noise detection and offer eliminating detector arrays. They feature deep cooling for ultra-high sensitivity and provide extremely broad spectral ranges. These spectrometers require up to 0.3 W (standard version) & up to 5 W (high power version) of power and are ideal for sensor, testing and instrumentation applications.
