The CULPEO-LA-P from Daylight Solutions Inc. is a Mid-IR spectrometer that has a spectral range from 1375 to 1725 cm^-1. This spectrometer is a liquid analyzer that helps in real-time quantitative spectral data capture and is easily configurable for continuous PAT or batch analysis. It has a linear dynamic range greater than 300:1 and can measure samples in real time with up to 10 Hz update rates. This spectrometer uses the power of quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) to perform direct transmission measurements at much longer path lengths (>100 μm) for aqueous and solvent-based solutions.

The CULPEO-LA-P spectrometer employs ChemDetect GUI or SDK user interface and supports USB mini-B 5 pin for network connectivity. This chemical analyzer enables coupling into liquid sample cells, including long path-length multi-pass cells, flow cells, and ATR probes. It requires an AC voltage of 100 - 240 V and a current of 1.5 A. This spectrometer is available in a benchtop package that measures 14.25 (L) x 12 (W) x 5.125 (H) inches and is ideal for protein analysis (titer determination, secondary structure, aggregation, glycosylation, conjugation & PEGylation), stability, liquid chromatography, chemical reactor monitoring, bioreactor monitoring, and process development applications.
