The SFG Double resonance from EKSPLA is a Picosecond Scanning Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) Spectrometer that has a spectral range of 1000 cm-1 - 4300 cm-1. It has a spectral resolution of up to 10 cm-1 and visible beam wavelength of 532 nm & 420 nm - 680 nm (tunable). This scanning spectrometer is linearly polarized and supports incidence angles of up to 60° (VIS) & up to 55° (IR). It has a mode-locked Nd:YAG pump laser with a pulse duration of 29 ps and pulse repetition rate of 50 Hz. This spectrometer has a multichannel beam delivery unit and picosecond optical parametric generator.
The SFG Double resonance includes a monochromator, PMT-based signal detectors, and data acquisition system. It is available in a package that measures 3000 mm x 1500 mm and is ideal for the investigation of surfaces and interfaces of solids, liquids, polymers, biological membranes & other systems, studies of surface structure, chemical composition & molecular orientation, remote sensing in hostile environments, investigation of surface reactions under real atmosphere, catalysis, surface dynamics and studies of epitaxial growth, electrochemistry, material, and environmental problems.
