The BTS2048-UV-2 from Gigahertz-Optik is a CCD Spectroradiometer that has a spectral range of 200 nm - 550 nm. This device is a combination of a back-thinned TE cooled CCD and a SiC photodiode. The CCD has a resolution of 2048 pixels with an optical bandwidth of 0.1 nm. It has a pixel resolution of 0.15 nm/Pixel and an integration time of 2 μs - 60 s. This spectroradiometer has a 16-bit ADC with a base line noise of 5 cts and SNR of 5000. It has a measurement time of 0.1 ms - 6000 ms, dynamic range above 9 magnitudes and supports mathematical online band-pass correction.
The BTS2048-UV-2 has a completely linearized chip with a linearity greater than 99.6 %. It has a 32-bit microprocessor for device control, 16-bit microprocessor for CCD array control, and an 8-bit microprocessor for photodiode control. This spectroradiometer can be controlled via USB V2.0, Ethernet (LAN UDP protocol), RS232, and RS485 interfaces. It supports 3 measurement modes: standard, out of range stray light corrected & stray light corrected bandpass. This spectroradiometer requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 700 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 103 mm (L) x 107 mm (W) x 52 mm (H) and is ideal for design applications and integration in test systems for front-end & back-end LED testing.
