The 1000M Series from HORIBA are Spectrometers that operate from 0 to 1500 nm. They have an aperture of f/8 with a focal length of 1 m. With a spectral resolution down to 0.006 nm and an optional dual automated entrance and exit ports, these monochromators are the most versatile spectrometers in the market. These monochromators also benefit from the highest quality of kinematic mount gratings (110 x 110 mm), designed and manufactured by HORIBA. Micrometer controlled slits are continuously adjustable from 3 µm to 3 mm with calibration every 2 µm. These bilateral slits maintain the central wavelength position seen by the detector as the slit width is adjusted. The spectrometer series deliver accurate wavelength positioning and uniform step size throughout the scan range with their precision sine drives. The 1000M series has a wavelength accuracy of ±0.15 nm and a repeatability ±0.005 nm.
This Series product line provides the reliability and unchallenged resolution that has improved features including a USB 2.0 computer interface, compatibility with HORIBA Jobin Yvon's complete library of interchangeable gratings, and easy integration of Synapse CCDs, full line of single-channel detectors, PMTS, and accessories. This spectrometer series offers an accurate drive scanner steps at just 0.00025 nm/step with a spectral dispersion of 0.8 nm/mm and 0.65 nm/mm. The dual exit port option allows users to simultaneously mount two detectors, switching between the detectors during a scan. Likewise, data acquisition can be automated from two different optical setups by toggling between entrance ports.
