The iHR320 from HORIBA is an Imaging Spectrometer that has a spectral range of 150 nm -1500 nm (with 1200 g/mm gratings) and 150 nm - 40 µm (with appropriate gratings). It has a focal length of 320 nm and an aperture of f/4.1. This spectrometer has up to 3 gratings on the turret with a grating size of 68 mm x 68 mm. It has a wavelength accuracy of ± 0.2 nm and resolution of 0.06 nm (with exit slit & PMT). This spectrometer has a flat filed size of 30 mm x 12 mm and repeatability of ±0.075 mm and spectral dispersion of 2.31 nm/mm (at 500 nm). It has a stray light of 1.5 x 10-4 and magnification of 1.1. This spectrometer has a scan speed of 160 nm/sec and step size of 0.002 nm.
The iHR320 features easy CCD focus & alignment with an external locking mechanism and has up to four ports (two entrances and two exits) with a purge port for UV & near-IR wavelengths. It can be controlled via a high-speed USB interface and supports SynerJYTM, LabVIEWTM & LabSpec 6 spectroscopy softwares. This spectrometer is available in a package that measures 417 (L) mm x 422 (W) mm x 192 (H) mm and is ideal for Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence, absorption, transmission & reflectance spectroscopy, fluorescence, and plasma/emission analysis applications.
