The PoliSpectra® M116 from HORIBA is a UV-NIR Spectrometer that has a spectral range of 185 nm - 1050 nm. It has a back-illuminated CMOS sensor which can be configured with 8,16 or 32 fiber input channels. This spectrometer has a spectral dispersion of 34.6 nm/mm (0.38 nm/pixel), wavelength accuracy of 0.1 nm, and spectral resolution of 1.25 nm (8-channel) & 1 nm (16,32-channel). It has a focal length of 116 mm (8-channel) and an f-number of F/2.3. This spectrometer has a stray light of 0.1% and smile & keystone of 1.5 pixel.

The PoliSpectra® M116 can be controlled via a USB 3.0 communication interface and uses LabVIEWTM acquisition software. This spectrometer requires an AC supply voltage of 90 - 240 V and is available in a robust package that measures 156.4 (L) mm x 150.9 (W) mm x 184.2 (H) mm. It is ideal for multitrack spectroscopy, fluorescence, emission and reflectance applications and semiconductor applications to life sciences such as quality control, light source calibration monitoring, plasma monitoring, and blood/DNA multisampling applications.
