The ILT960 Series from International Light Technologies are Symmetrical Czerny-Turner Spectroradiometers that have a spectral range from 200 to 500 nm (UV), 200 to 850 nm (VIS), and 230 to 1050 nm (BB). They have an optical resolution (FWHM) of up to 0.9 nm (UV), 1.2 nm (VIS) & 2.3 nm (BB), and a dynamic range of 3450. These CMOS-based spectroradiometers have a 60 mm lens and a stray light of less than 0.2%. They have an integration time of 0.02 ms – 1 min and a signal-to-noise ratio of 330:1. These spectroradiometers have a wavelength accuracy of ± 0.21 nm (UV), ± 0.3 nm (VIS) & ± 0.6 nm (BB) and a slit width of 25 µm or 50 µm. They can be controlled via USB or UART interfaces with 16 bits, 2.5 MHz ADC.
The ILT960 Series have ISO17025 accredited calibrations and an optional DLL. These spectroradiometers include SpectrILight III software, 1-meter-long fiber, input optic, tripod, hard storage case, and calibration. They are combined with high-end optics for proper light collection including diffusers for cosine correction, integrating spheres for total flux, and radiance barrels for a narrow FOV. These spectroradiometers require a DC voltage of 5 V and consume 300 mA of current. They are available in a compact & portable design that measures 35.4 x 86 x 110 mm and are ideal for plant growth/PAR/plant photobiology, characterization of solar simulation, characterization of UV curing systems, photostability testing, accelerated weathering, radiometry & photometry measurements, LED illumination & color analysis, absorbance/transmittance, reflectance, and fluorescence applications.
