The Ocean ST UV from Ocean Insight is a UV-Vis-NIR Spectrometer that operate at wavelengths of 185 nm - 650 nm (UV-Vis), 350 nm - 810 nm (Vis-NIR), and 645 nm - 1085 nm (NIR). It has an optical resolution of 2.2 nm (at FWHM) and entrance slit width of 25 µm. This spectrometer has a 14-bit A/D converter and dynamic range of 1000:1. It has a signal-to-noise ratio of 190:1 - 2250:1 and an integration time of 3.8 ms - 6 s. This spectrometer has a scan rate of 160 Hz and stray light of 2.

The Ocean ST UV has a detector with a resolution of 1516 pixels. It has a single strobe, synchronous continuous trigger mode and 4 general-purpose input/outputs (GPIOs). This spectrometer supports input SMA 905 & 16-pin Samtec TFM-108-02-L-DH accessory connectors and can be controlled via a USB-C interface. It is ideal for education, DNA absorbance, laser characterization, manufacturing, medical, and life science applications.
