The QEPRO-XR from Ocean Insight is a UV-Vis-NIR Spectrometer that operates at a wavelength of 200 nm - 950 nm. It has an optical resolution of 1.6 nm (at FWHM) and entrance aperture of 10 µm. This spectrometer has an 18-bit A/D converter and a dynamic range of 85000:1. It has a signal-to-noise ratio of 1000:1, buffering of 15000 spectra, and an integration time of 8 ms - 60 minutes. This spectrometer has a back-thinned CCD detector with a resolution of 1024 pixels. It has a built-in order-sorting filter, interchangeable slits (multiple widths from 5 μm to 200 μm), and an optional internal shutter with an actuation time of 11 ms. This spectrometer requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 5 A of current. It has a thermoelectric cooler and is ideal for solar irradiance measurements and blood & tissue analysis applications.
