The IsoPlane 320A from Teledyne Princeton Instruments is an Imaging Spectrometer that operates at a nominal wavelength of 63 nm. It has a spectral resolution of 0.04 to 0.65 nm and a focal length of 320 mm. This spectrometer has an f/4.6 aperture ratio and can scan a range of up to 1400 nm. It can be controlled via USB and RS-232 interfaces.
The IsoPlane 320A is based on a patented astigmatism-free Schmidt-Czerny-Turner design that has interchangeable triple-grating CTS-Turrets. These turrets use 68 x 68 mm gratings and self-align to the system automatically when installed. This spectrometer features Teledyne’s AccuDrive grating scan system for improved wavelength accuracy and repeatability. It has a kinematic, torque-limiting turret mount that improves reproducibility when changing grating turrets. This spectrometer has a fixed-position camera mount with micrometer focus adjustment for easy and fine adjustment for razor-sharp camera focus. It has added proprietary high performance imaging optics for improved optical performance with benefits including improved spectral resolution, zero astigmatism, superior image quality and enhanced signal-to-noise performance.
The IsoPlane 320A is available in a compact module that measures 518 x 450 x 216 mm and is ideal for semiconductors, geospatial, aerospace & defense, medical & life sciences, machine vision and scientific applications.
