The WP 785 ER Raman Spectrometer Series from Wasatch Photonics are Raman Spectrometers that operate from 200-3500 cm-1. These spectrometers are available in TEC-regulated and TEC-cooled detector options, allowing the users to balance their required signal to noise (SNR) and temperature stability with the cost for the best possible value.
The TEC-regulated spectrometer has an active pixel of 2048 x 64, pixel size of 14 x 14 μm, and a dynamic range of 50,000. Whereas, the TEC-cooled spectrometer has an active pixel of 1024 x 58, pixel size of 24 x 24 μm, and a dynamic range of 125,000. They require a supply voltage of 12 V and consumes up to 50 mA of current. These 785 nm extended range spectrometers have an f/1.3 input for collecting more light and uses ultimate diffraction grating.
They are available as a benchtop unit that measures 24.0 x 13.5 x 7.1 cm with SMA 905 Connectors. These spectrometers have a superior optical design based on patented transmissive VPH grating and diffraction-limited optics with excellent thermal stability. They also include slit size of 2 mm, sample coupling, and detector cooling with On/Off/Lock features. They support data interfaces such as USB 2.0 with Type B Female connectors and includes drivers and operating software (ENLIGHTEN).
