The EUL - 10 from NKT Photonics is a White Light Supercontinuum Source that has a spectral range of 425 nm - 2250 nm. It delivers an output power of 0.3 W and has a repetition rate of 30 MHz. This single-mode supercontinuum source has a spectral power density of 0.08 mW/nm (at 450 nm), 0.10 mW/nm (at 532 nm), 0.16 mW/nm (at 650 nm), and 0.20 mW/nm (at 780 nm & 800 nm). It has a cut-in wavelength of 425 nm and visible power of 60 mW (350 nm - 850 nm) with power stability of ± 1%.
The EUL - 10 produces a beam of diameter 1 mm (at 532 nm), 2 mm (at 1100 nm), and 3 mm (at 2000 nm). It has a diffraction limited beam quality factor with collimated beam output. This randomly polarized supercontinuum source features Crystal Fiber technology and is compatible with all existing SuperK filters & accessories. It can be controlled via USB 2.0/RS-232/Ethernet/15-pin sub-D external interfaces and supports a 2-pin LEMO door interlock connector.
The EUL - 10 requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V and consumes up to 30 W of power. It is available in a package that measures 325 (L) mm x 200 (W) mm x 90 (H) mm and is ideal for Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), thin film, general illumination, test & measurement, inspection, sorting & quality control, replacement of Superluminescent Emitting Diodes (SLEDs, SLDs), characterizations of optical components & materials applications.
