The EVO HP EU-4 from NKT Photonics is a White Light Supercontinuum Source that has a spectral range of 415 nm - 2400 nm. It delivers an output power of 2 W and has a repetition rate of 20 MHz. This supercontinuum source has a spectral power density of 0.3 mW/nm (at 450 nm), 0.8 mW/nm (at 532 nm), 1 mW/nm (at 650 nm & 800 nm), and 0.9 mW/nm (at 780 nm). It has a cut-in wavelength of 415 nm and visible power of 0.4 W (350 nm - 850 nm) with power stability of ± 1%. This randomly polarized supercontinuum source produces a beam of diameter 1 mm (at 532 nm), 2 mm (at 1100 nm) & 3 mm (at 2000 nm) and has a beam quality factor (M2) of up to 1.1.

The EVO HP EU-4 features Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) technology and is compatible with all existing SuperK filters & accessories. It can be controlled via USB 2.0/RS-232/Ethernet/15-pin sub-D external interfaces and supports a 2-pin LEMO door interlock connector. This air-cooled supercontinuum source requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V and consumes over 60 W of power. It is available in a package that measures 325 (L) mm x 200 (W) mm x 166.5 (H) mm and is ideal for microscopy, spectroscopy, characterizations of optical components & material, general illumination, industrial metrology, fluorescence lifetime imaging, optical inspection & imaging applications.
