The FLPD-780-20-SLD-BTF from Frankfurt Laser Company is a Superluminescent Diode that has an emission wavelength of 780 nm. It delivers a fiber output power of 20 mW and has a spectral bandwidth of 30 nm. This SLD has an internal monitor photodiode (PD) and a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) that consumes 1.2 A of current.
