The IPSDD0701 from InPhenix is a Superluminescent Diode (SLD) that has a central wavelength of 750 nm. It delivers an output power of 3 mW in a single-mode operation, an optical bandwidth of 10 nm, and has an optional back facet mirror. This SLD has a residual spectral modulation depth of up to 0.20 dB and a thermistor resistance of 10 KOhm. It has a TEV drive voltage of 3.6 V and a TEC drive current of 1.5 A. This SLD can operate in single mode, multimode, or polarization mode. It is available in a 14-pin DIL/14-pin BUT/ 8-pin BUT package and is ideal for broadband light sources, fiber optic sensors, biomedical imaging devices, and illumination for the OCT systems.
