The SLD1050P-A60 is a 1050 nm, high-power, broadband superluminescent diode (SLD) with low ripple. It delivers 60 mW of power with a gain ripple of 0.06 dB and an optical 3-dB bandwidth of 70nm. This SLD is housed in a butterfly package with a TEC and an integrated thermistor that allows for temperature control, thus stabilizing the power and spectrum. Its output is coupled to 1.5 m of PM980-XP fiber terminated with an FC/APC connector.
