The FPA-320x256-K-TE2 from Chunghwa Leading Photonics Tech (CLPT) is an InGaAs/InP NIR Image Sensor that has a spectral range of 0.9 µm - 1.7 µm. It has a quantum efficiency above 70 % (at 1 µm - 1.6 µm) and an image format of 320 (H) x 256 (V). This SWIR sensor has an image size of 9.6 mm (H) x 7.68 mm (V) with a pixel pitch of 30 µm x 30 µm. It has a fill factor of over 99 % and maximum pixel rate of 10 MHz.
The FPA-320x256-K-TE2 has minimum pixel operability of above 99 % (conditions applied) with non-linearity of less than 2 % (over 10 % - 90 % full well capacity). It has a gain of 0.7 - 13.3 µV/e- and full well capacity of 3.5 Me- - 170 Ke-. This SWIR sensor has a detectivity of up to 7.5 x 1012 Jones (Tint = 16 ms, low gain, at 1.55 µm) and response non-uniformity of up to 10 % (under 50 % saturation).
The FPA-320x256-K-TE2 has an embedded two-stage thermoelectric cooler that requires a voltage of 11.7 V and consumes 2.4 A of current. It has a dark current of up to 0.4 pA (at pixel bias = 0.1 V). This SWIR sensor is available in a 28-pin metal DIP package and is ideal for near-infrared imaging, imaging spectroscopy, covert surveillance, non-destructive inspection, medical science and biology, astronomy & scientific, industrial thermal imaging, and moisture mapping applications.
