The FPA0640P15F-22-T2 from Chunghwa Leading Photonics Tech (CLPT) is an InGaAs SWIR Image Sensor that has a spectral range of 1.2 µm - 2.2 µm. It has a quantum efficiency fill factor (QEFF) above 60 % (at 1.4 µm - 2.1 µm) and an effective pixel array of 636 (H) x 508 (V) pixels.
