The NSC1601 from New Imaging Technologies is an InGaAs SWIR Sensor that has a resolution of 640 (H) x 512 (V) pixels. It has a global shutter in a 1" optical format that delivers a frame rate of up to 220 fps (full resolution). This VGA SWIR sensor has a pixel size of 15 µm x 15 µm and an active image size of 9.6 mm x 7.68 mm. It has a dynamic range of 120 dB and readout noise of 50 e-. This SWIR sensor has a quantum efficiency of 80% and operates in dual-response mode: logarithmic mode & high sensitivity mode. It consumes up to 250 mW of power and is available in a PGA34 package. This SWIR sensor is ideal for industrial NIR imaging, pharmaceutical food, welding laser instrument, semiconductor inspection, agricultural, and process control surveillance applications.
