The WPLQ05M-2500 from Thorlabs is a magnesium fluoride Quarter Wave Plate with a retardance of 5λ/4 at 2.5 micro metre centre wavelength. This waveplate has an outer diameter of 12.7mm, a mounting diameter of 25.4 mm and features a clear aperture of 10 mm. It has a beam deviation of less than 10 arcsec and retardance accuracy of λ/300. The waveplate has an Anti-reflective Coating on the optical surfaces at the Front and Back.
