Marina Photonics is dedicated to Gigahertz AFFORDABLE Time-Correlated photon counting systems and has been supplying high speed photon counters since 1987. Continuous streaming of photons without dropout, dead time, loss or FIFO buffer lengths is available to the limit of disk storage through USB3 super-speed connection.
Gated photon counting is available in two, three, or four channels to avoid unwanted data.
The PV16 adjustable gain amplifier discriminator interfaces to Hamamatsu Hybrid tubes which have 300 microvolt positive single photon pulses, electron photomultipliers with negative pulses, or solid state detectors for the input to the Photon counter. There are no false pulses or noise generated in the PV16 at any gain.
