The objective of this conference is “to bring together spectroscopists on a worldwide scale to stimulate contacts and exchange of experiences”. It will consist of plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentation, and an instruments exhibition. World-famous scientists will be invited to give plenary and keynote lectures at the conference. Also, social program, excursion, as well as program for accompanying persons will be nicely organized.
